Odesa National Academy of Telecommunications named after O.S. Popov

Odesa National O.S. Popov Academy of Telecommunications is a higher educational establishment of the IV level of accreditation, a leading Ukrainian educational and scientific center in the sphere of ICT. It conducts training, retraining and upgrading of specialists for telecommunication branch of Ukraine and the other countries, as well as pursues unique theoretical and applied researches in the sphere of info-communications, information technology (IT), television, radio broadcasting, cyber security, postal communications, economics and management of telecommunication enterprises, sociological research of information society. ONAT exists since 1920 and foreign students training is conducted from 1949. Today over 4 000 students receive education at the day-time and correspondence departments of the Academy and almost 400 of them are the citizens of the other countries including: Azerbaijan, Kazakstan, Tadjikistan, Turkmenia, China, Congo, Cameroon, Nigeria, Morocco, etc.
