Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education

Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education is a state higher education institution of IV accreditation level, subordinated to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and located in Kharkiv.
The Academy occupies 4.6 hectares, which houses 3 educational and laboratory buildings and an economic building. In the main educational and laboratory building with a total area of ​​8 thousand 910 meters there is a central research laboratory, 4 computer classes, an Internet class, a single computer network, a library, an assembly hall for 550 seats, 16 lecture rooms, 8 departments, museum, cafe, administrative and economic unit.
The Academy has 4 dormitories with a total area of ​​17438 m2, 3 dormitories with 1 dormitory for 1600 places. The dormitories have a study room, a branch of the library, a cafe for 100 people, a room for cooking, household services.
There are 66 departments in the Academy, which are united in 5 faculties:
- therapeutic;
- surgical;
- pediatric;
- medical and prophylactic;
- general practice - family medicine.
