Odesa State Academy of Technical Regulation and Quality (OSATRQ), which structure contains branch, institutes, college, accredited product certification centers and testing centers, it is the only institution of higher education in Ukraine, which carries out multistage training of specialists in metrology and information measuring facilities from undergraduate to doctor of science.
