BSNU Renaissance - Renaissance of Ukrainian culture. So, October 15, 1615 from Kiev noble Halshka Hulevychivna Ukrainian Brotherhood gave his mansion in Podil in Kiev for the foundation of the monastery, hospital and school. Since then, this day is the Day of foundation of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, the first university in Eastern Europe, was founded by St. Petro Mohyla, a prominent figure of the Orthodox Church and reformer of education.
To provide education that meets international standards, the university is in constant and close ties with various international organizations and foreign universities. Expanding the practice of inviting leading foreign scientists to teach in the BSNU Petro Mohyla and training of our students and teachers in foreign universities.
Organization of student life is through self-government. Student Board yesterday helps students organize life, leisure, solve emerging conflicts.
The basis of the research of the Black Sea National University, Petro Mohyla put our national experience, including Petro Mohyla philosophical concept - an organic combination of scientific and educational activities. Despite the young age of our institutions, our university has become one of the most influential institutions in the southern region.This - the only one in the South Ukrainian University of classical type, which are widely used in Western educational technology combined with local traditions (Liberal Arts Education). We try to bring all the new educational technologies and principles of university governance.
4 institutions and 6 departments form the basis of Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University. It offers training which gives opportunity to become BA and MA in economics, law, political science, international relations, history, sociology and social work, public administration. Teaching staff prepares doctors, ecologists, programmers, linguists, psychologists, managers and other highly paid professionals. The material base includes 10 university buildings, a library with a fund of 110,000 published sources (15 languages of the world); the information-computer center and 14 computer classes (free Wi-Fi); gyms; student dormitories and etc. There are post-graduate department in 9 specialties and 5 specialized academic councils to protect theses. Training is conducted in Ukrainian and English. Also, students learn French, German, Spanish, Polish, Bulgarian, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Hebrew. The University is recognized as the best university in Mykolayiv oblast (region) by the UNESCO international ranking “Top-100 Ukraine”. According to international survey PMBSNU takes high places among the best universities of Ukraine in recent years. It is unquestionable leader in the quality and quantity of academic exchange programs for students and lecturers. Many of them got diplomas and undertook apprenticeships at the best universities from France, Germany, Norway and USA. 15 scientists and lecturers of PMBSNU were awarded with diplomas and medals of Honorable international scientific community Phi Beta Delta, USA. The University has license to prepare foreign students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Canada, China, Columbia, Georgia, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Moldova, Russia, Turkey, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Every year lectures from many countries in the world give lectures and workshops at the University. During its existence more than 100 lecturers from Australia, China, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Southern Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA have visited PMBSNU. Famous foreign diplomats, scientists and politicians are invited to give lectures. The University organizes visits and holds meetings with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of Bulgaria, France, Germany, Norway, Poland, Switzerland.

Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding (NUS) is a leading higher education institution in Ukraine, which trains specialists for shipbuilding and related industries, the maritime industry and other sectors of the Ukrainian economy.
The date of foundation of NUS, as a higher educational institution, is September 18, 1920, when an industrial technical college was opened in Mykolaiv.
Considering the national and international recognition of the results of the activities of the Admiral Makarov Ukrainian State Maritime Technical University, its significant contribution to the development of national education and science, the Presidential Decree of March 25, 2004 approved to grant the university the status of national and to name it "National University of Shipbuilding ».
NUS them. adm. Makarov is the only in Ukraine unique institution of higher education, which provides training for shipbuilding, shipbuilding, machine-building, energy, maritime complexes of Ukraine and other countries of the world according to international norms and requirements. Confirmation of this is the receipt in 2014 of international and national certificates of quality of training of specialists ISO 9001: 2008 and DSTU ISO 9001: 2009 from the world leader among qualifying companies Bureau Veritas Certification Ukraine. The University provides training of engineering and scientific personnel of high qualification - junior specialists, junior bachelors, bachelors, masters of full-time and correspondence forms of study, PhD, Ph.D. and Ph.D.
The educational process in NUS. adm. Makarov is provided by 49 chairs, where 541 teachers work, 63 of them are doctors of science, 90 professors, 276 candidates of sciences, 270 associate professors. Among the higher educational establishments of the III-IV level of accreditation in the Nikolaev area adm. For many years, Makarova holds a leading position in the number of students, specialties, teachers with academic degrees and titles, scientific schools and fields of research.

Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy is a strong scientific and research complex. It is one of two state higher education institutions, wich prepeares specialists on the faculty of Metallurgical Engineering, faculty of Economics and management, faculty of Civil Engineering and Water Resources, faculty of Automated Systems of Process Control, faculty of Power Engineering and Energy Conservation.

Sumy National Agrarian University is a higher educational establishment with IV level of accreditation; it is one of the best agrarian universities of Ukraine. Sumy National Agrarian University was founded in 1977, for 40 years of its existence, it has gone from Sumy branch of Kharkiv Agricultural Institute named after V.V. Dokuchaev to powerful educational establishment of national importance. Sumy National Agrarian University trains highly qualified specialists for agriculture with profound learning of foreign languages and computer science. The structure of University includes 8 faculties, one Institute and five colleges.

National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (NUWEE) conducts its educational and scientific activity according to the license of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine AE № 636444 from 04.06.2015. Status: state higher educational institution, Accreditation level: 4 (Certificate № 1872948 from 15.12.2014). NUWEE is the largest technical University in Rivne region and the leading HEE of Ukraine. Training and retraining of specialists, including foreign citizens, is carried out in 31 bachelor degree programs, 38 master degree programs and postdoctoral studies. National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic» is a large international family that brings together 10,000 students from all over Ukraine and 30 countries. Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture is an elite, prestigious higher educational establishment of Ukraine and Europe. It was founded in 1930. In 1992 it became a Member of European Association of Universities. The Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture has 4th, the highest in Ukraine level of accreditation. The license for the right to teach specialists of foreign countries – AE№285512. Property form – state. Subordination – Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Foreign students since 1950. During this period 45 thousand 200 people of specialists were prepared by Academy. More than 50 Ph. Doctors were prepared by Academy. Foreign students has to be enrolled to the Preparatory department for one year, then they proceed to the main courses of Academy.

UNFU is the only Ukraine’s higher educational forestry-oriented institution which trains professionals in a wide range of specialties for forest sector as well as related fields of Ukraine’s economy. The University conducts fundamental and applied scientific research on topical sectored and complex interdisciplinary problems of the social, ecological and economic development of Ukraine.
A distinguishing characteristic of UNFU’s operation is environmentally-oriented educational programs and research work.
UNFU has a good experience in the development and application of environmentally-oriented, established Master's degree programs and researches in the EU.

Being the oldest and largest academic technical educational institution of Ukraine and Eastern Europe Lviv Polytechnic National University is celebrating its glorious 200th anniversary. The University traces its roots from Imperial-Royal Real School in Lviv founded in 1816 that soon became a well-known scientific, intellectual and educational centre, the place where national culture, freedom and democracy were cherished. Today Lviv Polytechnic National University comprises 16 academic institutes, as well as the Institute of Distance Education and the International Institute of Education, Culture and Relations with Diaspora, 10 colleges, 90 research, education and testing laboratories. At present the University trains more than 35 000 students and more than 2000 professionals. The results of the expert rating show that recently Lviv Polytechnic has been among the top 5 higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Now the Lviv National Agrarian University is a modern multidisciplinary educational institution, at 6 faculties of which more than 10,000 students study in 15 areas and 20 specialties, more than 2,000 people annually improve their qualifications at the Institute of Postgraduate Education. In addition, more than 8,000 students are enrolled in 8 university colleges. Well-known scientists, experienced teachers work at 37 university departments, including 57 doctors of sciences, professors and more than 300 candidates of sciences, associate professors.
The university introduced a credit-modular system for organizing the educational process and a rating system for assessing students' knowledge on the basis of ECTS, made the transition to a two-stage education system. On September 18, 2008, documents were signed at the University of Bologna on the accession of LNAU to the Great Charter of Universities.

One of the main areas of international relations of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture is the training of specialists for foreign countries. This activity was started in the 1960s, and since then more than 259 paintings, graphics, sculptures have been prepared for different countries of the world - Afghanistan, Vietnam, China, Cuba.
International activities of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture are carried out in the following areas:
- training of specialists in the field of art and scientific personnel for foreign countries;
- participation of students in international creative competitions and exhibitions;
- exchange of students for training and creative practice;
- training of teachers of the academy in similar educational establishments of other countries and involvement of foreign teachers in the educational process in the academy;
- participation of teachers of the Academy in international scientific conferences and creative exhibitions.
Now the Academy is actively developing creative relations with art schools in many countries of the world.
Relations with art academies in Europe are intensifying, in particular in Belgium, Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Poland, France. The contingent of international students is increasing every year. Students from China, Germany, Pakistan, the USA, Finland and other countries study at the various faculties of the Academy.

Kyiv International University (KIU) is a private university in Kyiv, founded in 1994. It was called the International Institute of Linguistics and Law until 2002. Today KIU has nearly 5000 students. The academic staff of KIU includes 65 Doctors of Sciences, Professors, 148 Candidates of Sciences, Associate Professors.

National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine is one of the leading universities of our country and is well-known through the world. It is the centre of agricultural education, science and culture in Ukraine. Since 1950 more than 3000 foreign students from 89 countries all over the world have graduated from the University. Among them more than 500 graduates have obtained Candidate of Science and Doctor of Science degrees.

Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture In 1930 on the basis of factory and communal construction Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Architectural faculty of Kyiv Art Institute was founded Engineering Institute, which in 1939 was renamed the Kyiv Institute of Civil Engineering. The University is a leading educational institution in Ukraine training for construction. Over the years, the University has trained over 70,000 engineers and architects, including - about two thousand specialists for 80 countries.

The Kiev College of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Design is a state-level higher education institution of the first level of accreditation, which provides training for specialists in the educational qualification level of junior specialist. The college is state-owned and subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The school was founded in 1946. The College cooperates closely with a number of leading educational institutions, enterprises and organizations of Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Iran, and several universities in China.

Central Ukrainian National Technical University, Kirovohrad is a technical university in Kropyvnytskyi, one of the leading universities in Central Ukraine Formed in 1998 on the basis of the Kirovohrad Institute of Agricultural Machine Building. In 2009 the enrollment was over 7,000 students. Main field of activities of institution: Higher education organization in two levels-Bachelor and Master in the following fields: agricultural engineering, electrical engineering, agriculture power engineering, automation, house-building and road-building, welding engineering, metal working, programmed numerical control, computer engineering.

Founded in 1874, the HSEI "KSAU" can be proud of not one generation of scientists, teachers and students who have made a worthy contribution to the development of agrarian education, the development of the economy and the social and political life of Ukraine. HSEI "KSAU" is a state higher educational institution of the IV level of accreditation, which prepares specialists for the agro-industrial complex at 5 faculties in 18 specialties: "Bachelor", "Master", "Doctor of Philosophy", "Doctor of Science". Our diplomas are recognized all over the world, and graduates are in demand at enterprises of various forms of ownership and business activities.

V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University is one of the oldest universities of the Eastern Europe. It was founded in November 1804, on the initiative of the prominent educator V.N. Karazin and in accordance with the charter of Emperor Alexander I. Kharkiv University is the only university in Ukraine that has trained and employed three Nobel Prize laureates: the biologist I. Mechnikov, the economist S. Kuznets, and the physicist L. Landau. Since being founded, the University has graduated over 130,000 students. The names of the University graduates are perpetuated in toponyms, names of space objects, plants and minerals, laws and formulas. The University has initiated the whole system of higher education of the Kharkiv Region.
