Khmelnytskyi National University is a Ukrainian university in Khmelnytskyi. History of the University started in June 1962 with the establishment of a general-technical department of the Ukrainian Printing Institute. The Institute trained specialists for 47 countries. More than 11,000 students studied at the university, 6400 of them were full-time students, and 1500 were students of pre-university and post-university training.

Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University for its centennial history has become a modern scientific-educational, cultural and educational center, which has trained more than 90 thousand specialists for general educational institutions, academic institutions and administrative sphere. Kherson State University (KhSU) was founded in November 1917, located in Kherson. KhSU today is an educational, scientific and cultural centre of Southern Ukraine. It provides 4 educational buildings and laboratories, campus, library, recreation zones on the Dnipro bank and on the Black Sea shore, students cafe, students club, sports club, observatory, three gyms and two conference-halls, facility of agricultural machinery. Kharkiv Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy is one of the oldest higher educational establishment of Ukraine (1920). The structural units of the Academy are Kharkiv and Krasnohrad colleges and the Balakliyska branch. The academy prepares specialists for the first (bachelor’s), second (master’s) and third (doctor of philosophy) levels. For 99 years of its existence, more than 85,000 highly qualified specialists have been trained in the Academy and its structural units. V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University is one of the oldest universities of the Eastern Europe. It was founded in November 1804, on the initiative of the prominent educator V.N. Karazin and in accordance with the charter of Emperor Alexander I. Kharkiv University is the only university in Ukraine that has trained and employed three Nobel Prize laureates: the biologist I. Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport is a modern higher school which is internationally acknowledged in the field of education and research. Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv University of Air Force is a multidisciplinary higher educational institution with a highly qualified faculty, up-to-date educational and material facility, developed infrastructure. The University was founded in 1930. Kharkiv University of Air Force has the IV level of accreditation and trains students in 7 majors and specialties. The University also trains international students in all the accredited specialties at the level of all the qualified requirements of bachelor, specialist and master on the basis of the international contracts of Ukraine, state programs, contracts drawn by the University with legal entities and individuals. The University is licensed to train international students for their further enrollment in higher educational institutions. The term of training at the preparation department is one year. Enrollment of international students takes place August 15 through October 15 according to the results of the interview.
